First time non violent offenders that has served their time,need jobs.

Felons that have served their time and that are not violent or had nothing to do with child or elderly. They get out of jail and need to find a job,but with the felon on their record companies will not hire them,how are they to start over.We need to amend the law where when 1st time offenders get out of jail and look for work that the felon will not show up when doing a criminal background check. If they mess up again after getting that second chance then all felons should be made public. Everyone makes mistakes and some do learn from them, but the way things are now when they get out they cant find work so they have no choice but to do something so they can survive so they end up going back to jail. If this law is changed I believe that alot of them will become good citizens.
