FISA court violates the 4th amendment and needs to be addressed, no law, regulation, or act can amend the constitution.

The FISA court issues illegal warrants in violation of the fourth amendment. The only way to make an exception to an amendment in the U.S. Constitution is through congress or a convention of states. No act, law, or regulation has that authority, and neither does the Supreme Court they do not interpret the constitution but rather the acts, laws, and regulations in regard to the U.S. Constitution. We the people as the employers of the governing body call for the immediate disbanding of the illegal FISA court.
