Fix American English as the Official language of government and business.

- RECOGNIZING that the United States is an English-speaking nation;
- RECOGNIZING that, until recently, immigrants from all nations looking to assimilate would learn American English to the best of their ability;
- RECOGNIZING that requiring of official documents into a broad array of languages is an unnecessary expense on government;
- and RECOGNIZING that many other developed nations have "official languages" in place;

ESTABLISH the following:
- The official language of the United States shall be fixed to American English.
- All official government documentation shall be written in English.
- All individuals requiring translations of documents or of government officials shall either provide their own translators or compensate the government for translation services.
