Fix the backlog of claims in the VA and establish procedures to limit processing of future claims to 180 days or less.

The VA backlog for disabled vets awaiting claims is an embarrassment for our nation. This is a process that should be transparent and quick. Immediately prioritize fixing this backlog, then establish procedures so that no future claims will take more than 180 days to process.
