Child support is supposed to be used to support children who have parents that are not together. Most often then not, mothers are using child support to punish the father for something.
As the states are either not moving to reform Child Support laws that are over 30 years old or they are moving too slow. I am asking the government to help those alienated fathers to support their children. I am asking for the following:
To make it illegal to use Child Services for harassment.
If a ncp is in arrears do not suspend their drivers licenses.
To be able to have the ncp review where the child support is going.
To make it easier for the ncp to lower child support in case of losing their jobs.
To remove judges who are biased, and replace with judges who are not.
