Fix the broken home refinance laws. Make banks provide better interest rates if owner has proved a good repay history.

Created by A.S. on April 12, 2013

If someone has proved a great history of repayments, on time and never had any home loan issues then why do we let a few bankers decide if they are going to save us thousands of dollars in interest when its not in their INTEREST to give a lower rate? There should be a program to where if u reach certain levels then u should be rewarded by retaining better interest rates if the interest rates are lower than what you originally started with. That will still be decided by the free market. Something needs to be done to help the middle class in this arena. Your home is your biggest expense. The bankers all same the same thing..."our hands are tied with certain requirements and regulations to approve these loans." Ok then folks, lets help them untie the shackles they claim they are boundby
