Fix the broken Medicare, Medicaid, and Social Security Systems

I propose that federal investigators be paid a small commision to find those who defraud the government out of millions. these investigators could be paid a $60,000 salary and a small commision for every conviction. This may save the gov. millions. Any money saved could be used to reduce the federal debt or be paid as bigger checks to those who need it. Please consider this. I don't actually know how much the government is defrauded out of per fiscal year but with all the media coverage I assume it to be significant.
