To fix the broken system, we currently have, by doing the following things...

Created by T.C. on December 05, 2012

1. Every wage earner in the US would pay in $30.00 per month (except for the rich, i.e. those who have more than 5 million dollars, who would all be required to pay in $3000 per month).

2. From the money that's collected 20 percent would be set aside to build housing units for the homeless and to hire people to help clean those units.

3. From the remainder the rest would be divided in two million dollar segments and given out to US citizens over the age of 18 according to their need. I would start by paying out that money to people on government assistance to get them off the government doll, then to those receiving a monthly paycheck from the government, then to those who are left based on age (oldest first).

4. The government would collect 100 percent of the assets of anyone who dies.
