The current laws on Child support are chaotic and archaic and allows the custodial parent to abuse the court system and Attorney General offices for their quest for more money.
There needs to be 50/50 responsibility for raising a child/ children. A system needs to be designed to show where the money is beining spent and how. If a parent is caught using it for other than the care and well being of a child/ children, the defrauding party should face fines and or jail time.
Child support is for children and not maintaining a custodial parent's lifestyle.
