Fix the child support laws! Make the recipient of said funds be transparent of said expenditures.

I pay 600 a month for one child, the woman that receives the monies blatantly missuses them. she has bought two new vehicles and has not been required to provide the court with any documentation of her real expenditures. She works part time and gets away with it. She has been on federal government health care because she did not want to provide me with the necessary information to put my daughter on my health insurance. She has lied to the school system telling them she lives at an address that does not have an occupancy permit in an different locality. My daughter is going to a school in the wrong jurisdiction because of it. She acquired child care at unreasonable rates and then did not even take her there. She lives for free in his grandparents house.
