To fix the claims and appeals process in the V.A. for Veterans.

Created by G.G. on November 13, 2012

To fix the claims and appeals process in the V.A. for veterans. It takes from one to two years just for initial claims at the Regional Office. Appeals to the BVA take up to five years and appeals to the Court of Appeals take five years. To use cost analysis and process claims and appeals faster and more accurately. It makes no sense to spend millions to deny claims that are for hundreds or thousands a month. The comp and pen doctors (contractors) make millions in bonuses denying claims and appeals. To do away with comp and pen (contractors) and use V.A. doctors that are currently seeing the veterans and allow them to fill-out the required forms. To make it easier to win a claim then spend 20 years fighting them then winning. To save the government money and time.
