1. Congress should be paid commission for bills they get passed that help the American People, rather than annual salaries... The money saved by not paying salaries can go towards the National Debt.
2. Bennefits given to Representatives and Senators should be limited to the Terms served. The money saved by not paying future benefits can go towards the National Debt.
3. All Future Bills written should be based on one subject and not have extra items tacked on; and written so everyday people can understand them. The money saved by not adding earmarks to every bill can go towards the National Debt.
