Fix the continual problem of Social Security, by securing our children's and our children's children's future.

Created by C.D. on November 18, 2011

With an estimated Social Security depletion date of as early as 2029, and as late as 2037 (2009 Social Security Trustees Board for the Social Security Program) it is time for a definitive change. One suggestion (My suggestion) is to do away with the current SS Policy, and instead create a personalized individual fund, beginning from the date that an individual begins work. (ie. Your own "Social Security Account")

The direct benefits include: Eliminating the "worry and panic" caused by the possible depletion of the SS Funds, Put more money in our paychecks, due to the fact that a less percentage will be deducted (Being your own account) and eliminate those that come over from other countries, never worked a day in America, yet collect the benefits we work for. Please consider a revision.
