Increasing the security and safety of the schools by (i.) requiring gated entrances, (ii.) security guards and cameras, (iii.) metal detectors, (iv.) no backpacks/ lockers policy, and (v.) counseling requirements for students not abiding by school policies, abrupt changes in grades, or students meeting below standards.
2.) Placing students into the accurate grade- by their ability and not by their age.
3.) Focusing on providing enrichment classes for (i.) self-esteem, (ii.) self-respect, (iii.) conflict-resolution, (iv.) anger management, (v.) finding creative outlets, and a required talent enrichment program of their choice.
