Fix the economy by forming bigger tax cuts for companies that manufacture in America. Tax those the out source more.

As the worlds most powerful country, we rely on to many products made outside of our borders. Companies do this as a way to cut costs. I propose that legislation be created to make those companies creating more American jobs, be rewarded and those taking theirs overseas be penalized.
