Fix the election process.

Created by G.P. on November 09, 2012

Fix our election system by encouraging candidates who favor cooperation, and increasing voter participation by:

changing national election day to a weekend (first Tuesday after first Monday after crops are in - is obsolete);

establish a non-political redistricting committee to help all states initiate and implement civilian redistricting committees like California to stop the job security of the most extreme members of each party. (92% return to office is not a meaningful election.)

add a special tax of $50 per adult taxpayer per year, and give each voter a serialized check in his name for $100 at each election instead of an "I voted" button;

make serial # on check, the key to accessing an individual's audit of his voting, creating confidence and an audit trail for machine voting.
