Fix Fair Use regulations online.

Many people love to watch Video-Game content on line. There are many websites where people can do so, for example, YouTube. But, there is a problem. People who use these platforms often get hit with, "flags" for Content-ID claims. Big labels slam on the content creators because a song is playing on the radio in Grand Theft Auto, or The small background music in a Mario Game. While it's fare for a label to protect the content from being, "ripped-off," it is not fair that just because a song is played in a video game, that the label has the right to monetize, or worse bring down the video just because of that small segment of audio. I feel that this goes against the fair use laws and something should be done to resolve this issue. As long as no content is being stolen it should be fair game.
