Fix the FDA rule on grains that will raise Craft Beer prices and put small Craft Breweries and Ranchers out of business!

A new FDA rule on grains will cause Brewers to dump their leftover grains in landfills instead of giving these grains to Ranchers who use it for a source of free Cattle Feed.
This will raise beer prices and also put small breweries and Ranchers out of business.
