Fix the federal government's mistake on the immigration status of Adriana Aldana and keep the Aldana-Ramos family intact

Created by T.B. on May 21, 2016

A government employee made a mistake on the work permit application of one Adriana Aldana in 2012 and she has now had to pay thousands of dollars in efforts to rectify the situation caused by the government under threat of deportation and has been unable to work as she unfairly does not have a work permit, through no fault of her own. In addition, her husband and children are US citizens and she has lived in this country for 25 years with the correct paperwork. She filed the forms correctly and on time and is now in legal limbo as a result of a government mistake. No one in our government will help her or give a straight answer to her question on how to rectify this mistake.
