Americans, all monies spent, given away to other countries, waste on government programs, wars, presence in other countries, supporting unlawful regiems, subsidies to corporations, and special interests, BELONGS to American Tax Payers. Add up the entire amount as it becoms trillions of our dollars. This Petition is a solution to fix it. Take all revenue over one year and divide it into a 1 million dollar payment to each legal citizen. This will eliminate poverty, entitlement programs, wasteful expenditures, all at a 100 times or more, reduction in present costs, reduce the deficit, increase revenues,business', and turn our economy to the greatest on earth. This can be done over and over again, and really fix America. This could be established as a trust fund and raise the quality of life.
