Since Fukushima continues to leak massive amounts of radiation into the Pacific Ocean;
Since radiation is already measurable in the Pacific off of California;
Since Japan is either unable or unwilling to fix this problem in a timely manner;
We request an Executive Order to involve the US EPA, the US military, and any and all other actions necessary to fix this problem immediately. This shall be done with or without the cooperation of the Japanese Government.
