Fix a grievous error in our US Constitution.

Created by R.H. on June 18, 2013

I would like to petition the Obama Administration to fix an error in the Constitution. Article I Section 10 says,

No State shall... lay any Imposts or Duties... except what may be absolutely necessary for executing it's inspection Laws...

I would like to ament it to say,

No State shall... lay any Imposts or Duties... except what may be absolutely necessary for executing its inspection Laws...

It is embarrassing that our Constitution would make such an elementary grammar mistake, and even more so that our government has not corrected it in over 200 years.

While I acknowledge that amending the Constitution is usually a long and difficult prossesses, I think everyone can agree that this one universally bennificial and can agree to it easily.
