Reform gun laws to help track purchases and sales, spread gun safety and training, and protect children from accidental use.
Proposed firearm laws:
- Gun safety course required to purchase firearm
- Background check require to purchase firearm and get CHL
- Gun safe and/or trigger lock required to purchase firearm
- Illegal to sell firearms unless licensed.
- Illegal to buy firearms from someone who is not licensed.
- People with felonies on record are not allowed to purchase or own firearms
- People with DWI on record are not allowed to purchase firearms
- Firearms moving from one state to another must be registered with new state and de-registered with previous state.
