I have been here for almost 7 years, my Dad is on an L1 visa and we are told we CAN'T apply for a Green Card because the property he transferred from closed down(due to hurricane). HE CURRENTLY WORKS WITH THE SAME COMPANY IN AMERICA.
I've emailed the White House, Homeland Security, USCIS and have NOT heard anything back except STUPID generic emails.
I'm going to be graduating with my Associates degree in two days and I am unable to continue because I have to leave. WE HAVE BEEN HERE FOR 7 YEARS AND YET WE CANNOT GET ANY HELP WITH APPLYING FOR THE GREEN CARD. We've been to four immigration lawyers, still nothing because there's a clause that states the property the person transferred from has to be open while applying for the Green Card. We pay taxes, and haven't committed any crimes.
