President Obama, how is it that we have a backlog of veterans awaiting benefits and infrastructure needing updating, yet you give $ 1.6 billion to Pakistan? This is an example of misguided priorities. That $1.6 billion could have been spent upgrading bridges and roads, creating US. jobs.
We the people urge you to invest in our veterans and infrastructure first, and cut all but essential foreign aid as well as wasteful spending in all departments
