Fix IRS--deny or take away tax exempt status from all, left or right, groups who are purely political,i.e.Carl Rove's.

Put "exclusively" back in the IRS law. Take out "primarily" which isn't IRS law. Deny tax exempt status to any political group, right or left. Revoke tax exempt status for any political group that already has it, including Carl Rove's group. He is nothing but political and everyone knows it. The real scandal with the IRS is that he and other groups got tax exempt status in the first place. Putting back "exclusively" and taking out "primarily" which isn't law will
clarify who gets to be tax exempt. The workers in the IRS will have an easier time figuring it out. Reorganize the IRS to have more workers to clean this up. President Obama please choose a permanent head of the IRS who will do this. If it isn't changed, the scandal of groups getting tax exempt status who shouldn't will continue.
