Nassau County Surrogate Court is in disarray. Families are forced to wait years for settlement of simple estates. This creates an environment ripe for unethical and illegal behavior.
The White House should have the United Stated Attorney General conduct a review of Nassau County Surrogate Court focused on whether the court has appropriate safeguards to identify attorney malpractice, executor fiduciary oversight and unethical conduct.
