Currently the help desk line for the National Visa Center is always busy. This number appears to only have one phone line available (603) 334-0700, or the line does not have enough space to accommodate the flood of calls being received. If this is not possible, please update the state department website to include data on processing accounts that have left USCIS and have been received at NVC.
