Fix or alter tax code for hourly individuals working overtime to keep them out of higher tax brackets.

Created by M.M. on February 27, 2013

Why punish hourly workers who work overtime by making them pay more taxes if they reach a higher tax bracket. This suppresses people from going the extra mile and working hard to support their family because they know if they work too much they will enter a higher tax bracket and will end up with less money than what they've worked for. Let each man and woman be paid what they've earn with their sweat, blood, and devotion. Fix the tax rate for individuals on what they would make annually with 40 hour work weeks or lower the tax rate for those who reached higher rate milestones with overtime.
