Consolidate resources and turn to lecture hall based classrooms. Supplement lectures with scheduled tutoring office hours with the teachers.
Young children require the personal attention of a small classroom for their safety and early development, but when students are ready for Middle / High School, why do we insist on sticking to small classrooms when a lecture hall proves a much better use of faculty resources?
Why do multiple teachers teach the same lesson to small groups of students over and over throughout the day?
Why can't teachers teach a 2-3 hour lesson plan a couple times a week allowing students to attend either lesson or both if needed. Tutoring periods could easily be added this way.
Lets' take a lesson from higher education and fix our broken schools.
