Nearly all of the highways and roads in our country have been designed specifically for automobile and truck traffic. The Supreme Court has stated the American citizen has the right to travel unmolested amongst our country, however all of the intra-structure has been designed for motorized traffic only and poorly at best with major highways like hwy 231 and hwy 70 not even having shoulders or turning lanes. I see only two options.
One the right of the American citizen to travel by automobile or truck is now a necessity and a right.
Or two all highways and roads must be equipped with extra travel lanes to support no motorized traffic such as foot traffic, bicycle traffic, or even horse and buggy traffic. After driveing all mover the USA
