It is morally wrong to get rich off of the sick. Or make them deal with a lifelong illness knowing that they cannot afford the treatment for their illness.
Please fix the Pharmaceutical Industry and their pricing of drugs. Only the super rich can afford the newest FDA approved drug for Multiple Sclerosis (MS), called Tecfidera, which is a pill form, not an injectable, by Biogen Idec, who has just released the cost.This drug is going to cost $54900 a year. That's $4557 a month.
At its pricing, most of us will never be able to afford this medication. Please sign this petition to tell Congress that something needs to be done about this, for people with MS, and for others who have other chronic diseases. Please spread the word.
