The Social Security Administration is so far behind n paper-work it falls on the individual and it should not it is not someones fault that the SSI can noot handle the paper work in time. The SSI will send checks out several years before they realize there is an issue and then they want to say yoou owe z amount of money and this is not so, this is not a fair statement and it should not be the case help me to help others.
