The Department of Veterans Affairs is causing many returning veterans problems due to their slow evaluation of claims. We need to fix this system to help veterans receive proper care and compensation where it is due. The VA needs to be completely reworked in order to provide better service to our veterans. I propose that President Obama should keep his promise to help our veterans by fixing this terrible system. Many of our country's heroes are not receiving proper care and money that many of them are entitled to from service connected injuries and related trauma from our wars overseas. We as a country need to help those who have fought and gave their lives for our freedom.
