Fix VA hospitals!

I had surgery at the VA main hospital in Phoenix last September. I shared a bathroom with four other people. We could not get our walkers through the door! No shower! Fealthy! Understaffed! Staff was not qualified to take care of my dog! You can not makean appointment just to get a physical. I went to urgent care and was diagnosed with pneumonia, called my VA clinic to have a follow up to che k my lungs. The VA representative said I would have to wait about a month. I asked if they could just do.a referral he said no. This not acceptable! They all act like we are bothering them! When you call your doctor you should be able to get in right away and seen, not go to ER and sit for 18 hours or more.
