Fix the VA Medical System by Treat First, and Then Verify. Then the VA can take it's time to verify, no charge to Vet.

Mr. President,

I have listened to your fix it first campaign and I think that is great, but there is another place it should be used. Treat First, Verify later. Our Veterans are waiting sometimes over a year to get their certification for VA medical care. This is a National Shame. Our VA has said they are working on the problem and I think they have it has gotten worse. We are set to have thousands more troops ready to come home who will need treatment and they cannot wait a year. We can speed up the process by treating first, and then verify, this way the VA can take all the time needed to verify a claim. The Veteran coming to a VA facility should have produced a DD-214 and ID, be Honorably Discharged, and then he should be treated using the normal triage methods. No charge to Vet
