Fix the Veterans Administration through the following:
1) Audit each department of the VA.
2) Terminate employees found to be Incompetent in their duties
3) Reduce the existing backlog of claims for benefits and healthcare
a. Activate reserve forces medical units and staff for healthcare
b. Place competent personnel to handle claims (Hire DAV, VFW, AMVETS claims counselors to process claims
4) Give every veteran who has a service connected disability vouchers for medical care at a provider of their choice. They have earned that much.
5) Provide proper funding to hire competent medical personnel.
