The petitions website at whitehouse.gov/petitions should be improved.
* Once a petition reaches 100,000 signatures, its status should change to 'pending' with a date by which the petition will be addressed.
* Once a response to a petition has been issued, the original petition should have a link to the response.
* Each response should either (a) explicitly state disagreement or (b) have specific measurable actions that will occur with deadlines. We should be able to say "The president did the thing he promised to do by the date he promised to do it."
* When viewing responses, the title of the petition should be alongside the title of the response
* We should be able to sort based on number of signatures left to exceed threshold (without seeing those that have exceeded the threshold)
