Instead of a block of a few petitions, there should be a simple scroll-down liat from which one chooses the petitions of interest. When you're several sets of petitions down the current system, and choose a petition to sign, when you're done you're again at the TOP of the list. It would be much better if you were returned to where you were last on the list. Even better, and simpler by far, would be a simple scroll-down list, one long list, from which to select things to sign. MY government is smarter than this, as it is now. How's yours?
