Welfare is always being cheat by people who rather sit on there coach then rather going out and making one truly earened dollar. So why should the goverment pay people who don't try to become employed and just have kids to get more money from welfare. If they limit the number of kids they allow to only two or three, and have people start trying to find work then our Nation might actually start digging out of this huge hole.
