The petition system on whitehouse.gov is so incredibly flawed, that people can sign a petition multiple times with multiple email addresses. People can create and sign petitions on whitehouse.gov without actually being citizens of the United States of America, or without being an actual person (e.g. using a fake name). Until this is fixed, people are going to continue to cheat the petition system. This is a valuable tool, and we should not allow it to be undermined by cheaters.
