fixed the security clearance issues within the job market.

Created by D.B. on April 02, 2013

Todays job market is filled with employers needing employees with security clearances, but too few jobs are willing to pay for their employees to get security clearances. The major defense contractors refuse to pay for new employees to get security clearances, instead, they only hire people that currently have one, in fear, they may leave the company once they get it. This can easily be fixed by assigning each person with the employers name and if that person leaves that employer, then they also lose their security clearance. Also, this opens the doors for new employees to get jobs that normally they wouldn't be able to get, but meet all other requirements.
