I believe it dishonors people that have died for this country that the flag should be worn as clothes.
Often I have seen clothing in department stores that are entirely the flag. It's one thing that the image of the flag appears on the front of the shirt or back of a (leather) jacket.
But it's a whole other thing when there are swimming trunks or bathing suits and even underwear that is designed like the American flag, and I mean the entire article.
These renditions of the flag do not deserve to be next to sweaty body parts. Please try to propose and enact some sort stipulation that manufacturers cannot do this.
