We the people ask the federal government to Propose a new Administration policy:

Flexible Work Hours

Created by M.A. on November 15, 2016

Work days are getting longer and more time consuming. EU labor laws, like the requirement for part-time hourly pay to be on par with full-time pay for the same work have been shifting workers gains made in productivity towards more spare time.Europeans now work only 75-80% as many hours as Americans do. Thanks to legislation such as the UK’s Right to Request Law or Holland’s landmark Working Hours Adjustment Act that allows employees to lessen their work hours without the risk of losing their jobs, benefits, opportunities for promotion, and pay.
