As a show of support to our brethren in Russia being victimized due to their sexual orientation, with the express consent of the Russian government, we the undersigned ask that the Obama Administration order the U. S. State Department to fly the Pride flag at the U.S. Embassy in Moscow and Consulate offices throughout the Russian Federation. Thank you.
