The CVSA for truck drivers is very bios and just plainly unfair , the way you are being graded on the road is like a roulette wheel , you just don't know where you stand , the cvsa I fill is just completely unfair , truck drivers are being wrote up and setup and srewed with for just about anything you can throw at them , like false ticket writing , writing a ticket and then changing it to something else , I know this first hand i had it happen to me, but my main concern is the unjustice of the driver cvsa , the fmcsva make up these laws and don't see the problems and hard ship it is causing , the point system is causing nothing but more unemployment and this is one of the most major issus in the united states and then this new law , is causing more unemplyment , this shuold be revaluated .
