All United states citizens signing this petition are unanimously Voting "NO" to allow our government to spend money for ANY foreign assistance. IF they want Assistance they must pay.The US will no longer Pay to assist them.
Any country that would like assistance must accept these new terms and their payment for any US involvement be made to our "Foreign Aid/Assistance Dept"
