Focus government spending on new and exisiting programs to feed and financially supplement middle income families.

Petition to create new income eligibility brackets specifically to benefit only middle income families for food, income and/or housing that are currently excluded under the current poverty guidelines from recieving assistance and thus stimulating the economy with cashflow toward the GNP.
