With it so much easier for companies to out-source jobs. We have in-directly bit the hand that feeds us. How did we not know that out-sourcing and raising the cost for exports would do to us as a whole? The 90's were great, but we allowed so much to blind us that we caused our own problems here today.
Yes, 9/11 didn't help the situation, but finally allowed us to see where we were heading. Sadly, though since 2001... I haven't seen many projects that would help infrastructure that is very badly needed across the country and as well create jobs. I would like to see that change.
