Focus more efforts and resources to secure and stabilize our own country's welfare, before giving international aid.

America is a world leader and we need our elected officials to improve their efforts to strengthen conditions here before focusing so much, energy, resources and funding on international affairs. Our current administration is vying for more funds to be spent in attempt to stabilize foreign countries. This is ironic, as we here in America work everyday to support our own country and seemingly cannot get enough assistance or make enough progress to keep our own teachers employed, keep our own families from struggling financially, or keep our own country's economy from nearly failing. The one strong point we do have in America is agriculture. It is how we got started and should be a focus in the future. Let's use agriculture and manufacturing as a foundation, and rebuild America's strengths.
